MailScraperAI finds business email addresses from a keyword or industry phrase, validates each one automatically, and shows every result in a live, sortable table — search, verify and export, all in one Windows application. No browser, no Python, no setup.

How it works

Type a keyword or phrase — "manufacturing, production, business emails" — pick a country to target, and click Start. MailScraperAI searches Google (via Serper and ScrapingBee), Claude's own web search, and up to nine other search engines at once, alongside a built-in directory of 100+ business and supplier listings for the country you chose. It also opens every PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and PowerPoint file it comes across, since that's often where real contact lists actually live. Results stream into the table as they're found, so you're watching the count grow, not waiting for a finished search.

Built-in validation

Every email is checked the moment it's found: syntax, business-vs-webmail split, and a threat scan for adult content, phishing patterns, spam markers, and disposable or malware-linked domains — checked live against the abuse.ch threat feed. A one-click MX check confirms the domain can actually receive mail, and a 0–100 confidence score sums it all up, so a real prospect stands out from junk at a glance.

Sort and export your way

Group results by domain, or separate webmail addresses from business ones with one click. Export clean results to CSV or TXT — everything, or just what you've selected.

A spelling-aware keyword box that fixes typos as you type without ever touching real place or company names.

Licensing

Activates with a license key tied to your computer — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. A reminder appears 7 days before expiry, and the app locks itself automatically if the license lapses or is copied to another machine.
