MaxDelivery Wiz is a self-contained email marketing tool that runs entirely on your own computer (or your own server, if you choose to deploy it). Instead of routing your mail through a paid provider like SendGrid or Mailchimp, you connect your own SMTP accounts — Gmail, a business mailbox, a hosting provider's mail server, or any SMTP-compatible account you already have — and MaxDelivery Wiz handles the rest: contact management, campaign creation, scheduling, and reliable delivery.

Bring-your-own SMTP pool with automatic failover

Add as many SMTP accounts as you like. The app automatically spreads sending across them, tracks each one's health in real time, and reroutes around any account that starts failing, hits a rate limit, or gets temporarily blocked — so one bad connection never stalls an entire campaign.

Smart contact management

Import contacts by uploading a CSV or plain text file, or just paste a list of emails directly. Every import is automatically screened for spamtrap patterns, disposable email domains, and addresses with no valid mail server — protecting your sending reputation before a single email goes out.

Full campaign composer

Write emails in three views — a raw HTML editor, a plain-text fallback, and a live preview — with personalization tags (first name, last name, email, or any custom field from your contact list) and file attachments. Campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time.

Compliance built in

A dedicated suppression list keeps track of anyone who's unsubscribed, and every email includes a working unsubscribe method — even without any special server setup. Optional open/click tracking activates automatically if you deploy the app to a real server with a public address.

License-protected, one-time purchase

Access is controlled by a signed license key — available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, or perpetual terms — verified entirely offline, so the app works with no internet dependency and no recurring account check-ins. If a license lapses, sending pauses automatically (even mid-campaign) while everything else — your contacts, campaigns, and settings — stays fully accessible.

Self-service account recovery

A built-in password reset lets you regain access using the email your license was issued to, without needing a working mail server just to get back into the app.
